Refund policy
It is important to note that during this period we are trying to operate as usual but are dependent on external factors, such as international and domestic shipping. We strive to inform our customers of any delays if they occur, but please do not hesitate to contact us by email at sherplastix@gmail.com.
1 - Returns Policy
Our return policy is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, according to the Consumer Protection Law in Israel. If more than 14 days have passed since receiving the product, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or exchange, except in cases of defects or damaged products (see below).
Opened products are not eligible for return or refund.
To return the product(s), they must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
To authorize a return, please send an email with your receipt or invoice to sherplastix@gmail.com . Upon receiving your email, we will confirm the return within 48 hours and give the go-ahead to send the product back to us. We will also provide you with the return shipping address at that time.
Important: Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. Returns are processed at our office in Rishon Le-zion.
If the product is defective and requires replacement, the shipping cost will be covered by us.
After shipping the return, please send us an email with the shipment details (tracking number, shipping date, and courier company). Once we receive the product, the refund will be processed in our system.
If the product arrives not in its original condition or with missing parts, the refund will be postponed. Please ensure the product is sent complete and in its original packaging.
2 - Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send you an email confirming its receipt and inform you whether the refund has been approved or denied.
If the refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase. The refund is processed within 48 hours, but please note that it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your card. We will send an immediate confirmation of the refund.
3 - Delayed or Missing Refund (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please contact us after checking with your credit card company at sherplastix@gmail.com, and we will gladly help you locate the refund.
